L354N is 100% out put , when your lamp is 15W. after using our emergency conversion kit, the out put is 15W in emergency condition . When your lamp 10W, after using our kit, the out put is also 10W.
L354N keep the lamp to be Permanent , it is bright all time . When power off, the battery  can work for 90mins,120mins, 180mins.

 

We can use different battery to match the steel casing .
And duration time adjust folllow the battery with your lamp watts.
